Maintain heart health

If you are not healthy life style, smoking, infrequent exercise and unhealthy eating patterns, take care when suddenly your heart disease. Because this can befall anyone. But it does not mean you can not avoid this disease. It is important you know how to maintain heart health.

Heart function for the human body is to pump blood throughout the body. In blood there are food and oxygen, which is very important for the body. When the subject of the heart, the process of distribution of blood to the body can not walk properly. Can be said you have heart disease that can cause sudden death.
